Sounds really good I like poblano peppers in a Shrimp & Ancho chili sauce taco recipe I have. Ancho peppers are poblano peppers that are cooked on the BBQ until the outside is semi burnt. I am sure my wife will love this recipe and a bonus is its low fat. Thanks for sharing!

Sounds awesome, Tater, hope to try it this weekend. What would be a good substitute for poblanos, as I haven't seen those locally?

Seriously? You're just going to tease us about the taco recipe, but not share with us? Oh man, that's low...
