chicken spaghetti

chicken spAGHETTI
1- 3 1/2 LB CHICKEN, boiled in a salt brine, debone, cut up.set aside
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 can mushrooms...drained..save liquid
1 10oz pk of spaghetti
1 chopped onion
1 small can pimento. drained
1 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup cooking oil
salt pepper
1/2 lb velvetta cheese

boil, debone,cut up chiciken
strain broth, and measure it, add to it water or chicken broth to make 3 qts
add noodles and cook them
in seperate pan,,saute celery,onion,bellpepper [the trinty]
till soft and brown. add to noodles
make a rhick white sauce using, 1/4 cup butter, 3/4 tbl flour, liquid from mushrooms
add to spaghetti
put in casserrolle dish, grated cheese on top,,heat till hot and bubbly
