Rye porridge

My local brewshop owner told me a local restaurant was buying his malted rye for porridge.

Being a lover of porridge I had to try and its great! A few tips - make it the day before, and make sure you don't accidentally leave it around 65 when you are starting to cook or it will mash and be too sweet. Maybe add the rye to boiling water or milk, depending on your preference. Blended with oatmeal also good.

Now where are those bananas and honey? Yum.
Other people can talk about how to expand the destiny of mankind. I just want to talk about how to make whiskey. I think that what we have to say has more lasting value.
