Take two cups favorite pasta sauce ad 1/4cup diced onion, a clove of garlic, a couple shredded basil leaves and red pepper to taste. Simmer till onion is soft. Add three eggs and poach to disired doneness. Dump mess on mound of pasta and eat.

I was gonna add a double shot of vodka to it and call it a raggin Mary.

I was gonna say I would eat that until you called it raggin Mary. I think I will stick with the vodka now.

Ragging Mary is funny. My the S3 Tahiti (future rendition) can have a monkey replacement.

Just made this. It dressed up a bland storebought sauce nicely. The egg yolks give it a nice richness. I like it.
