This one is so simple - but it is the best we have ever tried -
Fillet your whole salmon into two halves
Take the time to debone each full fillet.
One Cup of Soya Sauce
Half a cup- of Olive Oil
4 - 6 Toes of Garlic - depends on the size of garlic.
3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar -
Crush - Mix and blend all of the above.
Place in a deep pan.
Place the fillets - meat down - skin up- in the marinade
Refrigerate Overnight and until ready to cook.
Use the BarBQ - set heat at 325 - 350 F.
Place on a piece of foil - skin side down - sprinkle another 1/4 cup of brown sugar on the fillets - cook for - 15 - 20 minutes.
Serve -
We have used both Sockeye and Coho - but it should work with Springs as well!
