Delicious left over turkey recipe-Turkey Chip Bake

Post by ga flatwoods »

Recipe for using leftover turkey:  Turkey Chip Bake---2 cups cooked chipped turkey, ½ cup diced celery, ¾ cup mayonnaise, 2 T. grated onion, 2 T. lemon juice, ½ cup shredded cheese, 1 cup or more crushed potato chips(I like Lays). Combine all ingredients and pile lightly in casserole dish. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Double the recipe as it is very delicious!

Mine's all mixed (except the chips) Waiting for the oven to come up to temp! I thought the chips might be best added last minute... Gravy warming too, just in case.

Edit. Delicious! And I really don't care for leftover turkey.

Or... Just deep-fry the bird, and there wont be leftovers. Itll be like David Copperfield came to dinner. LOL. Happened at our house.
