Post by Coyote »

Lamb chops
Granulated garlic light to medium both sides
McComicks French Rib Rub fairly heavy, both sides
16 ounces home made hard apple cider closer to Apple wine
Allow to rest in refer for two days

Cook. Low and slow for 15 minutes at 250 to 300 then finish
At 375 to 400 to desired done ness. We love these a bit on the
Rare side

Outstanding !!!

Even if I say so myself . . . Enjoy

Been a while since I've eaten lamb, sounds like a good recipe! Still trying to get through last years fish in the freezer so I can make room for this years catch.
