Easy chicken casserole

Take 11/2 lb skinless boneless chicken layer in a 9x11 greased baking dish.Season chicken I use salt pepper garlic powder.Put a 12 oz pk of whatever frozen steam veggies ya like on top chicken after it has been thawed . Mix 1/2 cup ranch dressing with small can drained corn 7 oz and pour over veggies and chicken.Then take 6 oz pk of stove top stuffing mix as pk says and layer over chicken and veggies and corn.Cook covered at 350 f for 30 minutes .Uncover and cook another 15 minutes .
I use a pot still.Sometimes with a thumper

Tasty! Thanks for that Tater. The SOH is off housesitting so I am on my own for a few nights. Gonna try this tomorrow.

Naw that is few cups cooked chicken drained can mixed veggies couple cans cream chicken soup fresh mushrooms and 2 deep dish pie crusts .1 to hold food other thawed and used as cap for pie :ebiggrin:

Naw in pot pie I like to butter fry portabella mushrooms then add to potpie. If I use anything other then cream chicken soup I go 50/50 with cream celery soup. But to each there own
