pork shoulder, and bacon bits/fat

looking for a hot/spicey sausage recipe cajun style preferred

what cha got ?

no sausage recipes ?

I have one i use for wild pig..

I was looking for a new one

heres what i have

7 pound pork
1,12oz beer
2 tbls blk pepper
2 tbls red pepper flakes
2 tbls cayenne
2 tbls hot hungarran paprika
5 tbls paprika
2 tbls salt
2 tbls whole mustard seed
1 teas ground bay leaf
1 1/2 teas garlic powder
1 teas whole ansie seed
1 teas corrander
1 teas ground tyme
1/4 cup fresh garlic,,,,ah hell, put another 1/4 garlic,,cant have to much !!!

From a Google search. I love boudin but never made it. Maybe it's time to drag out the grinder.

I love boudin, got a place over here called Berts. he has 2 things I go there for

a roast beef poboy and his boudin

the poboy is about an 1'' thick with gravy sopped meat, been in a crock pot since 1986 lol
tender as hell, tasty, drips off yer elbow.

and his sausage will make you slap your momma. twice

soft shell crab poboy, mud bug,oyster,and shrimp poboys....

cat fish. and he dices up a little jalapino adds it to his tater sauce...very good

think i might give that recipe a shot
