Big 'ol bone in ham outa the smokehouse in a huge pot with a spoonful of ham base added baked low and slow @ 275 till it fell apart. Remove ham from BOP and set aside covered to keep warm. Add greens beans and new spuds to ham nectar @ 250 for 90 minutes. Put the whole mess together with hot buttered biscuits on the side. A little sprinkle of apple cider vinegar over the ham doesn't hurt a bit.
