I stumbled upon this while doing some recipe development and it's been a huge hit with my friends. I take my end product, and infuse it with espresso beans. It's important for me to use a dark roast like espresso to get the deep smokey flavor from the beans. I leave it age in the glass for as little as 3 months and have some at 1 year right now. The flavor is incredible.
What do I do with this one may ask? If you like iced coffee, make yourself a white russian and leave out the vodka, replace with your espresso infused alcohol. Tastes exactly like an iced coffee! Nice refreshing drink in the morning or anytime.
