Here's a real simple quick & Easy recipe for really Great Whisky
1st the Ingredients: 1Gal/6lb Can Sweet Corn, 5lbs White Sugar, 2lbs Brown Sugar, 1.5lb Can Sliced Peaches,
4tsp Amylase Enzyme or 6 Beano Tablets Crushed, 4tsp Yeast Nutrient, 1tbsp Ground Ginger, Small Handful Raisins,
1pkg Fleishman's Highly Active(Bakers Yeast), 4-6tsp Distillers Yeast or 2 pkg Laveland E11118, Fresh Orange Peel, 1 Dried Apricot, Toasted Oak Chips or Jack Daniels Barrel Chips.
Run the entire Can of Corn thru a Blender & Liquify. In one batch add the Amylase or Beano & Blend well. Pour it All into a Clean(Sanitized) 5-6Gal Bucket or Carboy (Fermenter) Run Peaches thru Blender & add to Fermenter. Heat 1Gal H2O & Dissolve White Sugar & Yeast Nutrient. When Completely Dissolved add to Fermenter. Heat 2nd Gal H2O & Dissolve Brown Sugar & add to Fermenter. Sprinkle in Bakers Yeast & Ginger. Stir Well. Top off to within 2-3in from top of Fermenter (to leave room for foam-up) with Rm. Temp. H2O. Sprinkle Distillers Yeast on Top & Cover/Seal top of Fermenter w/ Airlock.
Allow to set in a Warm place (60-90F) for 3-5 Days or until Bubbling Slows to 1 per min or less. Run thru Still.
Age for 1-2 Weeks on Med. Toasted Oak Chips in 1qt Mason Jars. Also Add 3 Orange Peel Slices, 1 Dried Apricot Chopped into 6-8 pieces, 8-10 Raisins & 2 Tbsp Honey. Filter thru 2 Coffee Filters & Bottle. Age in Bottles for 1 month & Enjoy!
