Quick & Easy way to Make Killer Peach Brandyshine

Ingredients: 1Gal/6lb Can of Sliced Peaches, 5lb White Sugar, 2lb Brown Sugar, 4-6tsp Yeast Nutrient, 1Tbsp Ground Ginger, 2tsp Pectic Enzyme, 1/4 Cup Plain Yellow Corn Meal (For the Vitamins & Minerals), 4-6tsp Distillers Yeast (or 3 pkg Bakers Yeast/ 2 pkg EC1118), 1 Can Frozen OJ (For Acidity). 1Std Can Sliced Peaches For Jars.

Run the Entire Can of Peaches thru a Blender (Liquify) & put in 5-6Gal Fermenter. Add Pectic Enzyme, Corn Meal & Ginger to Blender with Peaches. Heat 1Gal H2O & Completely Dissolve White Sugar w/Yeast Nutrient & Add to Fermenter. Heat 2nd Gal H2O & Dissolve Brown Sugar & Add to Fermenter. Top off Fermenter w/ Room Temp. H2O. Just leave 2in headspace. Sprinkle Yeast on Top & let Ferment in Warm (60-90F) Place for 3-5 Days. Run thru Still. Divide Sliced Peaches into Appropriate Number of Qt Mason Jars & Fill w/ Distillate Cut w/ H2O to 100 Proof (Mine comes out of Still at 120 Proof). Seal Jars & let set for 1-2 Weeks. The Peaches are Great over Homemade Icecream. Enjoy!
