This is my simple, but yet very effective espresso liquor.
Pour 290cc of 90% vodka to a 650cc bottle (final ABV of 40%).
Into a stainless pitcher add 95gr of cane sugar.
Prepare espresso shots into the pitcher till you get to 350gr.
Mix the sugar and espresso well till the sugar has melted out.
Pour the espresso mixture into the bottle over the vodka.
Add RO water till you get to 650cc.
Shake well before use.
Drink to enjoy wisely.
Tip:
Use the best coffee you can as it’s taste will be preserved in the liquor.
