Sangria

Not sure where to post this so here it is.

Being that I needed some 1 gallon glass bottles fore future aging I picked up 3 gallons of sangria at about $14.50 a bottle. The plan is to distill it after adding about a 1/2 gallon of faints. Did something like this last year using 2 gallons of sangria and 1+ gallons of faints. That result after 4 months on oak was pretty drinkable. Hope this will result in a similar result. That should give me 5 glass 1 gallon jugs and that should be all I need for a long time.
