I did a little experimenting with my corn liqour and cinnamon.
Around 9 grams cassia ( found here https://www.mountainroseherbs.com/produ ... ks/profile" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow)
into 800ml of shine. Let rest for about ten days.
It comes out with a nice strong cinnamon flavor, and good spiceyness too. you can sweeten to taste with simple syrup. I don't like it too sweet, so one to two ounces into the bottle is enough for me.
