Brewhaus is awesome!!

Not so awesome for me. It states on my invoice that the kettle was BO with an ETA of 4/15. Here it is the 26th and I've heard absolutely nothing and the order still shows processing. Obviously this Rick guy doesn't understand the importance of keeping the customer informed when promise dates expire.

I normally don't post about such things. I have to stand up for Brewhaus! They have been very good to me Their major competitor has pretty website and seems to work hard at innonvation. I intended to give them my business when I purchased some equipment, but then went with Brewhaus on the basis of price. Normally not something I base my buying decisions on and found myself second guessing my decision (to buy from them). I now have no quams about giving Brewhaus ALL MY BUSINESS ! If you are having problems with them, I gaurantee you are the exception. Be patient, I am sure it will be worked out with atleast a sincere apology.
