Just to share with the fine folks here. In today's Seattle Times business section, there is an article discussing the growth of distilleries here in my home state of Washington. The article prominently mentions our distillery, includes some photos of us, and a video of one of Seattle's top cocktail bars louching up a glass of Pacifique. Here is the link:

We love to have visitors, but our licensing does not allow tastings. We've just updated and have a much-expanded website.

Here are two links to distilleries 'Hangar One Vodka' and 'St George'. I haven't had the pleasure of sampeling their products yet (due to the fact that they don't yet export to Australia), but they seem to be masters of their craft. They also have videos on youtube. Master distiller Lance Winters realy knows his stuff.

Here are 2. Stopped at Prichards on my way to Jack Daniels. I got a personal 2 hour tour of this mom and pop distillery. Jack Daniels is up the road and I only spent 2 minutes there!
Garrison Brothers is outside of San Antonio Texas. I haven't gone there yet. My daughter just moved there and I was looking for places to visit when I go visit her. I liked the description of their distillery and their bourbon.

Lucas Bols, eldest distillery in the world. Famous for gin (jenever) and now also vodka:

For maybe the best "geneva's" in the world, see Zuidam:

I've wondered if they only list craft distilleries that have paid their $300 fee?

Just saw a little news story about this small distillery. I was hoping to find some bling on their website, but none is there. What I saw in the news story was what looked like a 55 gallon stainles drum with a 3 or 4 inch column. I could'nt see the still head. Looked like they were operating from either their basement or their garage. Very small opertion.

These guys havn't got a website operational yet, but for us aussies,
http://www.weeklytimesnow.com.au/articl ... lture.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow

Sounds like it could be a good thing.

He's got the old Glibys gin pot still (?) from Morrabin. I used to go past this distillery when it was operating as a kid. And an old Millawa (?) vine plantation near Mildura. I think he's planning on some (aussie style?) bourbon, or at least a grain based spirit later on.
You design it, I make it. Copper and Stainless. Down under. PM me.
