reputable equipment dealers

Post by guerrila distilla »

having seen the post about those criminals trying to pass themselves off as traders (i wont mention names), i'd like to start off a post where people can post their reliable and trusted suppliers. i'm not just talking about complete stills either. maybe tubing suppliers, good yeast or grain suppliers as well as boilers/heating sources, copper smiths, connector suppliers and other distiller freindly fabricators.

if we can get enough suppliers posted, maybe we can get a list built so that people looking for that hard to find part can find them at a glance. i think the hardest part of building a still is sourcing the parts. maybe a complete list would help many people. i know i could have done with one when i started out.

i know this could be a big task but i think it's worth it and i'm sure the suppliers wouldn't complain at the extra business either. the reputable suppliers need to be advertised so that the less than reputable people who pass themselves off as still builders/salesmen have less chance of ruining another hobbyist's day.

just post you're suppliers here, saying what it is they sell and your experiences with them.

thanks guys
