My real addiction is waterfowling!!!! I had to paddle my ass off to get this guy!!!! Another "poor mans safari"!

I paddled about 2-3 miles out to get it, but worth it! Now I have both eiders!!! Eventually he'll be on the wall next to this guy:

That takes a good bit of talent to shoot from a kayak. I would be afraid of dropping my gun. Did you get them on the water or on the wing?

Wing. But it doesn't matter. I didn't use decoys for these. You still have to stalk close enough to hit them hard with steel shot. If they take off or not does not matter. :D

What they taste like?

I didn't know you had to use steel shot there, that makes it a good bit harder to take them down.

Or you can pay $2.50 a shell for Remington HeavyShot. I hunt Canada geese and to a lesser extent, duck. I have also taken Swan in North Carolina where it is legal.
