why is everyone getting logged out

It seems to be a commomn occurence anymore. Do we need to change settings on our computers or is it something with the board itself?

I never had the problem
though after closing an 'internet file', I have to log in again., not even always?

No problems here. My computer can co on 'standby' for 12 hours & I'm still logged in.
