Interesting story BM. I wonder how it would compare to other recycle models.
If the emission statement is honest and if the conversion numbers are correct this type of equipment should be being built at every recycle center.
However even with catalytic conversion it still increases the co2 footprint. Something the world needs to change. Japan is oil starved. It certainly makes sense for their economy. edit to add, There sure a lot of big brains in that little country.
