Little or nothing to do with distillation.

Finally- a use for my fore shots

Postby rgarry » Sat May 12, 2012 3:51 pm

I finally found a use fore my fore shots. I usually give them away to my father in law for cleaning. I have a Braun, self cleaning razor and used the fore shots to refill the resevior. Razor came out great. The one you by from the store has isopropyl alcohol.

Our camping season just ended. Too hot and rainy down here. I stopped saving them since really didn't know what to do with them. Will keep a liter or two on hand.

I've seen you can use it as bug killer. Dilute and spray or just dump on the damn nest? We get pharoah (sugar) ants up here and they can really go nuts. I never see a nest and killing them as seen is pointless. Maybe dilute and run along the perimeter of the house...?

I use mine for cleaning records (only the best, cleanest bit)
The rest gets used in place of methalated spirits.
Some in a spray bottle for cleaning the workshop bench,
Same spray bottle used to start bbq fires and any other fires that need a hurry up,

I like to spray it on my mates dogs asshole and watch him run. Nahh, just kidding, I only do it to his cat.
EDIT; I wouldn't do that to a dog.
You design it, I make it. Copper and Stainless. Down under. PM me.

Wondering if diluted they could work on wood floors? Kinda like that Bona cleaner. Works great on tiles and glass.

Found on Yahoo.....
Wood Floor Cleaner You Can Make Yourself

An excellent wood floor cleaner can be mixed at home. Add 1/2 a cup of glass cleaner to a bucket of warm water, mix, then use a soft floor cloth to wipe the floor. An excellent mop and cloths for cleaning wood floors comes from Bruce or Bona, as described below. And even cheaper homemade wood floor cleaner you can mix yourself is made with warm water and a spoon of apple vinegar, although the scent of vinegar is not as appealing as that of the glass cleaner.
