Screw the yeast, a good malt gives me "wood" too, and at my age that is saying something!

I thought this was pretty cool. It's Windy City making a comment after S3:

I found a gem...

The man who intoxicates himself on bad whisky is sometimes moved to kill his wife and set his house on fire, but the victim of applejack is capable of blowing up a whole town with dynamite and of reciting original poetry to every surviving inhabitant.

I don't believe I have actually been drunk since around 1992. I also seldom drink more than an ounce or two on weekends and quit when I have a light buzz. Now the wife  she will knock back an entire bottle of 80Pr "Kahlua" in a night but mostly just weekends. Most of our drinking takes place on the back deck on weekends with a fire and stars and nobody else around and is very mild by a lot of standards.
