I really want to send out a huge thank you to all of the contributing members of this site. I read for almost a year before dipping into home distilling 4 years ago. I started off with a 7 gallon homemade pot still and as much knowledge as I could cram into my skull from this site. My first few runs were scary at best, next thing I knew I was making good alcohol.
One day sitting around with dad sipping on some UJSM, Dad says, "We should start a Distillery!" This dude is crazy.
A year and a half later, here we are. Three commercial sized stills, and using some of my knowledge I gained from readers on this site. If anyone is ever in Arlington,WA please stop by. I owe you a drink!
The still that started it all
Thank you

Arlington isn't much of a drive for me. I am very much looking forward to meeting you and drooling over your distillery, in due time.

I might find my way up there too. I'd love to see everything in person.
