Dip it in egg and fry it. And if you have a sweet tooth add some marshmellow cream for fried smores.

I'm gonna do this, this weekend. I'll update with the results. Also... Another of my favorites... One brick of softened cream cheese, and one can of Rotel, drained. Mix them together, with an electric mixer till smooth. Makes the best dip you've ever had. Great on nachos, celery, carrots, etc.

Hunk of heavy rye bread and big chunk of kielbasa. Goes great with beer. Sometimes a heap of sauerkraut added on top.

Lazyboy's Pizza

"Butter" bread with tomato paste, sprinkle with grated cheese, lie toaster on its side, put bread (cheese side up) in toaster, toast and get ready to catch pizza when it flies out. Be sure to stand toaster right-side up when finished before the wife catches you! :)

I haven't tried marmite. Love vegemite though. On toast with butter and cheese like you said, or just buttered bread with cheese, and on crackers. I hear that marmite, while similar, has a stronger taste. That about right?

Great, thanks. Now I gotta head to the meat store tomorrow and get some bacon rind to fry up. The bag stuff is ok, but home made is so much better! I use sriracha but never tried with sour cream. Sounds wicked!

Yeah, Marmite has a slightly stronger taste and has a consistency of black treacle whereas Vegemite is a little more solid.

As a side-note Marmite is made just (about 25 miles) down the road from us in the brewing capital of England, Burton-on-Trent and is made using the excess brewer's yeast from the breweries.
