It's indeed a "short enough straw" already..therefore we should see every day as a gift. A gift given to us to be handled with care and used wisefully.
Mindshattering that if we divide the age of the earth up in a 24 hour cuclus, mankind had only exsisted for two lousy minutes..
What if we did the comparison in relation to the universe (that we know of by now)..?
Hmm..we didn't even exist the time fraction it takes the ass to let a fart fly..

Given some of the current thought process and the theory of the Mobius strip would you go forward in time to go backward in time. And would you give yourself tips to make money on your way forward.

Ok so with the current provings of gravitational waves, what are your thoughts. I am extremely excited by the due to what it means for interstellar travel. If you can control them you can ride them like a surf board at speeds that make luminal speed a joke. No momentum problems no long space journeys just half a heartbeat and you're right where you want to be. Now that they are proven we just need the understanding and ability to manipulate this wondrous phenomenon. Then again there will always be a dark side to every discovery, one could use such technology to turn a planet into a miniature black hole, or even just a small part of a planet into an extreme gravity well for a millisecond to completely obliterate an adversary.

One more thing I ponder is what would happen if two of these "riders" were to colide in any aspect of the 4 dimensional plane. Earth travel by this means would have to be tightly regulated. But in the reaches of space how could such accidents be avoided? What would happen with an acute type angle collision or better yet an obtuse or head on collision? Unlike conventional wave models they would excelerate towards eachother and feed off the gravity instead of canceling each other out.
