In Australia these are known as "Thongs"

Where I grew up, we call this a grindah and cabnit. (Grinder is a sub sandwich and cabinet is a milkshake)

My son laughs everytime I call it a thong and of course corrects me. I guess I am just old school. Wore my thongs with my Jams!

Jams were knee length shorts mostly worn in the early days by surfers.

A Shifter , a Mattock and a Texta

In UnZud we used to call them a Cressent , a Grubber and a Felt Tip Pen ......Which was pronounced Falt Tup Pin :wave:

Kids have confiscated my computer and won't give it back. I told on them to my wife and she said Santa has it under control. I think that means I'm stuck on either the kindle table or the cell phone till Christmas. :evil:

Looks like a plain old mad mick to me I got a grubbing axe or mataxe here which is an axe and grubbing hoe, pick and grubber is a matlock plain old grubber is also called an adze and if the blade is the other way then its a froe.
