I have no affiliation with Moonshine Distiller beyond being a 1-time customer for their carbon filter system. (My regular guy was out of stock)
It's a 2" x 24" tri-clamp-and-gasket, heavy gauge stainless steel system that fits on my current boiler and extension column for collection. No more C-clamps and bricks to hold one in place on the kitchen counter!
I HAD used a PVC system -(pre-Home Distiller)- when I was Turbo Yeast King and liked the cleaning it did.
This is strictly for neutralizing neutral neutrals that need further neutralizing for Odin's Gin that I'm now addicted to.
And dealing with the company was pleasant, easy, and quick, and they followed up with "Is your received order OK?". Just posting this for general information. Good service still exists!
If this post violates a rule (that I've read and re-read) please take it down.

Re: New Carbon Filter System
Thanks for adding some education Bushman!
I should've done that myself. I forget I'm not the only new guy here.
Carbon filtering is not for everyone and sets the opinions on both sides flying! I think World War I was started over flaming about carbon filtering if I remember my history correctly.
I've seen what is does to a nasty drink. Cleans it right up.
My filter set up is just a tool. Another step after refluxing, and multi-pot-stilling a neutral. Just an added "college effort" to make the best neutral for gin that I can produce.
