Gas igniter

Post by googe »

Hey all, just wondering what you use to ignite your gas burner, have tried alot of different click and lite igniters but they all seem crap, what do you use?. Been thinking of getting a bbq push button lighter and incorporating it onto my burner frame to lite it.

I use a propane torch. One of those ones that you use to solder with. Works great. New ones have a push button to light them. Also use it to light my wood stove.

Thanks fellas, I use a big torch for soldering of my lpg tank, enjoying having to light it to light the boiler burner. I've tried a few bbq lighters, they've always been shit lol. Maybe I need a more expensive one lol. I've been looking around and would like something like this http://g01.a.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1VUw8JVXX ... t-font.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow would be nice to just push a button and away I go!. Depends if it can handle the heat!.
