I wanted to ask if I take a 50 liter keg I can fill it as if it was a 30 liter keg,
There are problems if the 50 liter keg is filled with 25 liters ?

I'm not really sure what you're asking? Can you phrase it another way?

I make a real example:
Boiler 50 liters,
2-inch column type boka,
Can I charge the boiler with 25 liters 35-40% vol to do a distillation?
Or are a few 25 liters for a 50 liter boiler?
The goddess is to reduce the distillation time of a few hours,
Compared to the full filled boiler

Re: Barrel 30 liters, & Barrel 50 liters, Column 2 inches,
You can run as little in the boiler as you like, as long as there is enough left in the bottom to cover your heater (if you use electric). If gas fired, then run as little as you want. You will get more product, and therefore more easily able to distinguish cuts, with more wash/low wines.
As for reflux and having enough product in the column to stabilize, I believe you would be ok. I don't have a reflux column yet, but I believe I've only seen that issue come up with 4" columns. Perhaps a reflux expert will comment.
