Same here. My daddy used to sing it to us when we were little younguns. Seeing this was from 78 made me think about "no new thing under the sun".

Hard to say with what little is in the video. From reading here, I doubt an all grain is as simple as dumping scalding water on some rye meal. I could be wrong. Reading in the mashing and fermenting section on all grains is a great way to pass some time though :)

I think it is hell prolly not even stainless. What did you think about the boiler and cap set up ??

Yes it is. It's stuff like that, and the show being talked about in another thread that make me nervous as heck. I don't know if these guys are using crappy materials because they aren't really making alcohol or if it's all they have/had access to, but I wouldn't want to drink anything off of them. I don't trust anything other than copper and/or stainless steel.

In 78 people didn't know galvanize isn't good for the human body. In some pictures of him in a video every thing is copper. Might have been for the movie. And the new show moonshiners look at that black pot still hell it's got galvanize

That's what I thought. The crimped edges gave it away for me, but the overall image was a little fuzzy on my end.
