Great information, when you read all of the requirements to become "legal" you realize it's "almost" impossible.

Interesting to read about how they ran the mash, and the timing. A BIG part of Americans heritage is being lost as these pioneers pass away without passing along what they knew.

Many of the people I work with know this man, good article and hope he will get approval for tours as I am an easy drive to his distillery.
