I ran across this yesterday, interesting. Its in cryllic, I'm posting 'cause of the pics.
You can "google translate" if interested.

Go to Google. Look for Google translate. Enter the Web address, make sure it is auto detect and translate to English. Click translate and in a moment the page will pop up in English.

Check out picture number 15... That is legendary band leader Duke Ellington, with the conductor's baton.

EDIT: And, I can't be 100%, but that looks like Al Capone just behind him, to the right.

Very similar in looks to Capone but can't be 100% either.
You know your an alcoholic when you have your own still, mash your own grain and distill your own likker, but you don't care!!! A.A. is for quitters.

Well, it popped right up in English on my pad....it gave an option to auto translate by Google.
Great photos. And if that ain't Capone I'll eat my hàt. I especially like the photo in Detroit with the mash waterfall coming out of the upstairs windows.
We may have a Similar situation in the USA when certain types of firearms get banned by the powers in charge now.

It might be Capone- he sure looks like he was caught up in the moment, but was possibly trying to duck behind duke before the pic was snapped.
