My other sisters drink, and the teetotaler sister likes them better than me. Pilferage is to be expected.
Hopefully there will be enough left to see how it tastes after proper aging.

Distilling at 110f and 75 torr.

Just an update.
The steam bourdon is aging very well.
Sadly, it's not going to last much longer. :lol:
And I've changed my equipment and protocol.
