So Aging is somthin' I can say a little about. I've had good experiance using jack daniels 100% whiskey barrel oak chips.

I make rum, plain and simple but any time you need aged whiskey barrel wood these are pretty good. If your only aging a little as I do:
Air it out
Add chips
keep out of the light
leave it alone ( cept' for a shake once in awhile)
If you like it spiced Make sure you use top quaility spices for your recipe, it pays off. I use olive nation spices on Amazon they have some good stuff.
