it takes, every run is different. 30-45 minutes I'd guess
OK cool, as you probably read in my earlier post I was refluxing for 30-45 minutes and taking fores and heads off after that. But I'll try and reflux for 20 minutes or so, that'll save me a lot of propane.
I always pull the fores then put it into reflux.

This thread has been helpful. It's nice getting feedback from other column/flute users. I've been on the still dragon forum and I think they just like running their still just for something to look at, not to make anything that's good to drink.

Frunobulax, your entire still is copper? Even your boiler? I would love to see some pictures of your rig.

No, Not the boiler. Just plate sections, Deflag. Crossover, shotgun and parrot. I do have the same 3" Stainless windows though.

Gee, I just installed Tapatalk on my Android phone and found the setting in under a minute... Can't be any harder on an iPhone... Settings > General > Signature > None... Done...!!! Now to uninstall the App again because I'll NEVER use it...

The Ads that you see are a bit trickier from what I've read... Might be easier with the Pro (purchased) version if you don't have that... Can't say for sure... Perhaps the existing Tapatalk topic or another (more likely) would be a better place to continue such discussion...

Edited to add: THANK YOU...!!!

If you follow the link in Tater's thread, you'll be taken to a tapatalk blog. In it, it says to go to the tapatalk dashboard, "monitization" page and click, "disable". Then close tapatalk and restart. The ads should be off.

tapatalk is one of those parasite host websites that I avoid like the plague (that they are). They are paid for by the ads they attach to all the members' communications....talk about "big brother's" control! I can do without it. But my question for the users, "what does the app do that is good for you?". I don't see any goodness.
