Congrats SCD!

I can't wait to try this out. Summer is damn short here so we been playing hard outside but stillin' season is just around the corner. First up after i top up my cob barrel.

Thanks for doing the heavy lifting on this and giving us a recipe we can rely on!

Ha Ha Bushman, many of us have this recipe aging on oak already :) - Will share some with you next time we meet.

Congrats SCD. I made a HBB recipe and the final result was very good. Even white, as someone recommended me. I have this recipe aging in a small barrel of "balsamo" which is my favorite wood of aging of cachaça here in Brasil . I do not know what will happen but we will see ..
