Store low wines in a plastic Better Bottle?
Is it ok to store low wines (<50 ABV) in a plastic PET Better Bottle? I have a couple glass carboys from my homebrew days, but wondering if I can use the BB ones also...

Noooope. Better to use a sanke keg or glass carboys.
Plastic is good for fermentation, but not distillate.

Pickled,
How much low wines do you need to hold?
A couple of cases of 2 liter mason jars will hold a lot of low wines, and they’re easy to move (safely). It’s what I do. They also double as aging vessels when you get ready to put your spirits on wood.

I'll look into that ss. I was wondering about the better bottles because I have 3 of them laying around.

Do you have to worry about what the lid is made of (ie. plastic)?

Corks are cheap...

Widgetco corks aren’t that cheap but cheap enough. These fit a standard gallon jug:
