Hi, I'm new to distilling. I've brewed beer and wine over the last few years on and off.
During lockdown ive built a copper column and large shotgun condenser. Purchased a small 38L beer barrel and I'm getting a friend to weld some ferrules and flanges for heater element.
I thought I'd join a forum so I have access to some advice from other experienced (more) knowledgeable people.

Welcome. Its a (mostly) friendly bunch here. Very helpful too. The search function is a great tool.

Welcome from me too. I also went from wine and beer and then to distillation. There is a lot to learn but having experience with brewing and mashing helps a lot.
