i joined about july and been trying to read up on the vast amounts of info on here.
slightly overawing, but now i have copious notes and bloodshot eyes.
started off with a 35l brewzilla for all-grain with an eye for distilling.
i now have a modular 2" S/S LM still that goes on top of the brewzilla.
not perfect, but a good learning tool.
done a few runs in pot mode and reflux mode, with/without packing, RC on/off.
currently in process of converting the boilers 1900W element into a dual purpose PID/voltage controller.
just received a 4" carter head style gin caddy.
i have about 25l of stripped run to try a full spirit run, then hopefully with the next batch, onto some decent gin infusions.
oh and just started a rum wash yesterday with some bunderberg molasses for the first of many generations (i hope).
thanks already to the mountain of information on here.

Welcome to HD Howie. Sounds like you've been doing your homework. I'm doing the same, reading and making notes every day for the past month, learn something here every time.
