two test I found on this site

1 st test
Covered the inside of a clean glass with 80 pr finsihed product.Emptyed the glass and let it set over night.
Smelled it the next morning and got nothing.This came from a reflex run so If I understand this right I have a good product
Test #2
Took what should have been tails...from the same reflex run,
and put it in the freezer.This was uncut at 160 pr.After 24 hours the only ice I found was on the outside of the glass.All the liquid was clear (no solids..Ice ).So if Im right this is good stuff.
The more I read here the more I learn...I going to hate it when my vaction is over and I have to go back to work....lol

I do everything by taste and smell unless it is a run that I have done multiple times (which in my case is not that often) in which case I will use temperature. Foreshot taste and smell is obvious. Feint taste and smell will come across better when the product is diluted to 30% alcohol or so.
