New category possibly needed p

We have a category for what not to do, sometimes I feel we need one that most here feel you should do. Proven ideas that have the most value.
When designing your still you must go through too many threads to find out what ideas are out there worth stealing. Then the time to confirm the idea is valid.
I've seen builders here (I'm one) here who wish they saw something before they made their cuts already. For me it's the ferrule placement on top of my boilers. I used the riser port for my riser and as a clean out. This forces me to remove my riser/column. I would love to have put my 6" ferrule off to the side. Makes adding and cleaning much easier.
And I'm sure there are many things like this that could be easily read once there is a place for that.
