Hello everyone, I have reached the point of getting ready to assemble my first keg steel. I am running a 2 inch column that will be reduced to a 1/2 Liebig condenser. Although I plan to eventually convert it to a 5500 W electric, right now I plan to just run it on gas.
The problem I’m having is trying to decide what length my column and condenser needs to be. I have a 3 foot piece of 2 inch copper pipe and a 10 foot half inch copper pipe.
I have included a diagram for your reference. I’m adding couplers in line so I can eventually add a thumper, as I am looking for flavors and the proof. So any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
