Keg Performance, well its your rig performance but here is mine.
Things I learned quickly is puking, and you can over run your liebig and have a large stream and steam at the same time.
with a 5500watt element about 15 amps 240VAC was good cruising speed for me.
My ABV line decreased -.39% per minute.
15 gallon charge. HBB about 3 hours end to end including heat up.
. New problem for me, the jars are so hot you can barley pick them up .
I had about a 45 degree decreasing angle. Normally its about 30 decreasing angle.
water speed did not seem to effect the temp much. Turning the power down did .
It was nice to pump the hot backset away. Normally use small buckets to dump in sink.
The temp probe I have is clamped to the top of the stack, it belongs to the BBQ pit.
Temp data only good for the startup, so you know I should cut the power back about right now.
