Bubble plates
Continuing thoughts on my 3 inch column/riser,,,, I mainly make whiskey and bourbon, normally I do one spirit run for these. I've been thinking about bubble plates and their place in the system and that led me to wonder if 2 or 3 would retain enough flavor to compensate for a strip and spirit. I know I'd need a couple more for a neutral but, could I use 1 or 2 to clean up my all grain mashes better than just a spirit?
I think I'll go home and fire up my still, it might not make me feel better but, I bet it will
