There were also some PowerPoint slides (heaps of pictures and diagrams) that
went this course (
http://www.unlv.edu/Tourism/FAB362PowerPointSlides/ ) but i never kept a copy of them. Its a fantastic collection of information, including specific details of manufacture, and much information on specific brands. I've simply converted the Word documents to HTML format, and split up chapter 3 into smaller sections that are quicker to download. I haven't been able to contact the authors, this has been done without their permission. Will respect their wishes to delete this material if so advised by them.
