There is also
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Distillers/ newsgroup. Not only will I reply,
but the other couple of hundred members include still makers, commercial distillers,
and genuine moonshiners, who generally will also have something usefull to add,
and can usually offer better & more experinced advice than my guessing.
It will e-mail you the messages too, so you don't have to go hunting
through the site each time (and also means you can get them at work!).
