Last night i took a pint of shine poured it in a quart jar added a 1/2 cup sugar shook real good until sugar was dissolved then added 2 candy canes until it was dissolved, turned out now bad at all.

Last year when i was making some 1 gallon wines of different types, i did make 1 gallon of water wine with just water and sugar and wine yeast and it turned out just fine.

Thanks Rad for the great recipe, did my first run 2 weeks ago.It turned out great took 5 days until she was done at 10.6%. Put 12 gallon in the keg and got 2.5 gallon at around 98%.Siponed the rest from the fermeter into the carboy for the next run witch will be this saturday as i got another batch ...

Thanks for the update Rad,im going to do yer recipe first.Over the weekend i got my still all piped up and done.Gotta do the wiring and condenser and then im all done.

Thanks Hawke for the reply. And yes i remember reading back that you have to sand/cut the other side of the gasket.

As of where i live the 2'' copper pipe isn't available so i gotta go outta town for it. When i get it all done the "riser" i will post it.
