well i definatly dont plan on making 5000 gal of shine' even if i was to sell it the market around here would make that impossible. i have around 25 pigs hence why i saved the corn from the last harvest. also, should i worry about weevils an such or just clean the corn good before mashing ?

thanks guys, i'm after drinkin likker for now. not really interested in the fuel aspect, i had a friend with a drag car that ran on methanol and alcohol and it reeks havok on anything rubber.

by generations you mean taking some old corn out and adding new and so on? i've often wondered how that ended up after 2 or 3 mashes. I have a little over 1000 bushels of corn and a hammer mill so if i mess up the taking and adding then i can start over without much fuss.

looking for a simple corn likker recipe
